Special Selectboard Meeting Minutes

Present: Nick Suarez, Katie Marrow, Allie Evans, Steve Frisk

In Attendance: Connie Holt, Helen Holt, Darell Tibbles

Call Meeting to Order: Suarez Calls the meeting to order at 2:03pm

Frisk makes a motion to go into executive session per VSA 1x313(a) – the appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee and to invite Helen Holt and Connie Holt. Evans seconds the motion. Motion carries 3-0-0. The meeting is moved to executive session at 2:03pm.

Marrow makes a motion to reconvene the special meeting. Frisk seconds the motion. Motion carries 4-0-0. The special meeting is reconvened at 3:35pm.

Marrow moves a motion to hold a Special Town Meeting at 5:00pm on May 12^th on appointing a non-resident for town treasurer for the remainder of the term. Frisk seconds the motion. Motion carries 4-0-0.

Adjournment: Frisk makes a motion to adjourn. Marrow seconds the motion. Motion carries 4-0-0. The meeting is adjourned at 3:39pm.
