Present: Allie Evans, Nick Sarez, Katie Marrow, Rob Wright

Not Present: Steve Frisk

In Attendance: Connie Holt, Alexander Moreau – BCTV, Jeremy Zumbruski

Members of the Public: David Liebow, Andy Snelling, Dale West, Christine Heye, Ken Heye, Sherwood Lake, Pat Corbett, Sawn Marrow, EK

Meeting Call to Order: Evans calls the meeting to order at 5:31pm

New Business: 

1. To appoint a temporary website coordinator:

The Board engages in a discussion concerning a website coordinator. Town residents, Sherwood Lake, Pam Corbett, Andy Snelling, and Dale West ask questions and make statements. Suarez makes a motion to appoint Coinnie Holt interim website coordinator until the newly elected Selectboard decide who to appoint. Wright seconds the motion. Motion carries 4-0-0.

1. Launching the Town Website:

Suarez makes a motion to launch the website as soon as practical. Wright seconds the motion. Motion carries 4-0-0.

Adjournment: Suarez makes a motion to adjourn. Marrow seconds the motion. Motion carries 4-0-0. Meeting is adjourned at 5:48pm.
